The Firm has tremendous market power. While Attorneys Title typically processes foreclosure reports in 7-10 days, the turnaround time is 3-4 days for California Eviction. We regularly use several other title companies and receive the same excellent service and response time.

Technology is also helping to expedite the already accelerated foreclosure proceedings. Clients simply complete documents and report information regarding a pending action to our attorneys using forms provided through email. Our attorneys and paralegals use numerous on-line data services to identify and evaluate a property's value through access to on-line title information. We were also one of the first law firms to utilize laptop computers in the courtroom, and specialized software for litigation management, document retrieval and transfer -- all in an effort to save both time and money for our clients.
