Daniel Alberto Eduarte Torres is a compassionate and dedicated professional who joined The Ledger Law Firm in May 2025. At 27 years old, Daniel brings over six years of rich experience in customer service and language interpretation, combined with a strong commitment to helping others and creating meaningful connections.
Daniel’s career journey reflects a deep passion for communication and cultural understanding. His work as an OPI/VRI Interpreter for different companies has equipped him with exceptional listening skills, ethical integrity, and the ability to navigate complex conversations with clarity and care. His tenure as a Senior Language Specialist (QA) at Language Line Solutions further highlights his eye for detail and his dedication to quality and training within the interpreting field.
Beyond interpretation, Daniel has provided crucial support in customer service roles, including assisting healthcare providers with insurance processes and working in fraud detection at Sykes. These roles honed his ability to handle high-pressure environments, work collaboratively in teams, and support customers with empathy and effectiveness.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration at UNED, Daniel is continuously seeking to expand his knowledge and grow professionally. Fluent in English and Spanish with a C2+ proficiency, he also has foundational training in Microsoft Office and experience mentoring peers, demonstrating his multifaceted skill set.
