To be a “great” attorney requires the same skill set as a “great” poker player: (S)he must have an Appetite for Controlled Risk, an Ego that hates to lose, advanced intelligence and most importantly Experience. Don’t let any attorney play your poker hand until you gauge weather (s)he has those four personal characteristics.

Before you hire any attorney ask some hard questions…..make certain they have what it takes to win.
