Carlos views the law as a powerful tool for protecting the disadvantaged from those in positions of authority. Growing up amidst socio-economic disparities and government corruption, he resolved to become a principled attorney advocating for the vulnerable and exploited. He began his academic journey at a local university, advancing to earn a postgraduate degree in International Business Law.

Professionally, Carlos started his career with the National Protection Unit in the public sector, focused on aiding individuals exposed to significant risks due to their professions. This role allowed him to engage deeply with the region’s challenges while ensuring the security of those needing protection.

Continuing his service at various governmental entities, Carlos provided legal support to citizens, assisting them in resolving queries, grievances, and appeals. He also led investigations into fiscal responsibility, uncovering corruption and financial misuse of public resources.
