Before joining the firm, Carlos served in the public sector with Colombia’s National Protection Unit, where he worked to safeguard individuals at high risk due to their professions. His career evolved through various government roles, where he provided legal guidance to citizens and led complex investigations into fiscal responsibility, exposing corruption and the misuse of public funds.
