Assistant Case Manager
Biography
Carlos brings a steadfast sense of purpose to his work as Case Manager at The Ledger Law Firm. Grounded in both diligence and empathy, he is deeply committed to securing fair outcomes for clients navigating some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
With a personal history shaped by socio-economic inequities and institutional corruption, Carlos views the law as a vital instrument for protecting the vulnerable from the misuse of power. This conviction led him to pursue a law degree at a local university and later specialize with a postgraduate degree in International Business Law.
Before joining the firm, Carlos served in the public sector with Colombia’s National Protection Unit, where he worked to safeguard individuals at high risk due to their professions. His career evolved through various government roles, where he provided legal guidance to citizens and led complex investigations into fiscal responsibility, exposing corruption and the misuse of public funds.
Carlos’s experiences have honed a deep understanding of justice—not just as a legal outcome, but as a principle rooted in accountability and care. At The Ledger Law Firm, he draws on this foundation daily, offering steady support to clients and ensuring each case is handled with the seriousness and compassion it deserves.
