Mitchell joins The Ledger Law Firm with a diverse background that enriches his approach to law. Raised on the rural Pacific Northwest coast, he has lived and worked in several states, including Utah, Idaho, Texas, and Missouri. He also spent three years abroad in Ecuador, where he mastered the Spanish language and developed a passion for cultural exploration.

Mitchell’s career spans multiple fields, including agricultural work, sales, law enforcement, private security, and healthcare management. He graduated with his J.D. from the University of Missouri in Columbia in 2020 and has practised personal injury law in Western Washington since then. His expertise includes handling car accidents, dog bites, slip-and-fall, workplace injuries, and maritime injury cases.

Mitchell enjoys arbitrations, motions practice, mediation, and pre-litigation negotiations, consistently prioritizing what matters to his clients beyond just financial outcomes. He embraces the philosophy of “Destitutus Ventis, Remos Adhibe,” meaning “If the wind does not serve, turn to the oars.” This philosophy reflects his belief in the importance of perseverance, service, and character in helping others.
