Biography
Victor Marshall is a graduate of Thurgood Marshall School of Law, committed to providing top-tier legal services to individuals accused by the government. With twenty-nine years of trial experience, he has handled over one hundred cases, encompassing a wide range of offenses from DUIs to special circumstance murders.
Victor is an accomplished lecturer, presenting to organizations such as the California Public Defenders Association (CPDA) and the Criminal Courts Bar Association. He pioneered live mock jury selection with CPDA and co-lectured at the San Bernardino County Public Defender’s office. Additionally, he has shared his expertise as a professor at Loma Linda University and Platt College.
Recognized for his contributions, Victor has been published in the Riverside County Lawyer Magazine and was profiled as an emerging lawyer. He also served as a temporary bench officer, contributing to the legal community in multiple capacities. Previously, he worked as a deputy public defender for Ventura and Los Angeles Counties.
Victor brings his unique trial skills, honed through mentorship by Gerry Spence as an instructor in the Gerry Spence Method program, which trains trial lawyers nationwide. In 2023, he joined The Ledger Law Firm as a Senior Trial Lawyer, advocating for justice on behalf of his clients.
