David Mann

David serves as the managing attorney at The Ledger Law Firm’s Seattle offices, specializing in bad faith and personal injury trial work. His expertise encompasses cases of catastrophic injury, traumatic brain injury, sexual assault, and premises liability. As an experienced litigator, David’s practice includes a diverse background in insurance defense, medical negligence, workers’ compensation, employment law, real property, trust and estate litigation, as well as appellate work at both federal and state levels.

A proud graduate of Gonzaga School of Law in 2012, David carries forward a rich family legacy in trial practice within the greater Seattle area. His grandfather, Jack Sullivan, was a co-founder of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association (now WSAJ) and played a pivotal role in establishing the Trial Advocacy program at the University of Washington School of Law.
