Biography
Randall L. (“Rand”) Meredith is a seasoned Texas attorney with a legal career spanning more than three decades. After earning both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from Texas State University, Rand went on to receive his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio.
Licensed to practice in all Texas state courts, Rand is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He is an active member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the Dallas Bar Association, reflecting his deep engagement in the legal community.
Rand’s practice has focused primarily on plaintiff’s personal injury and governmental law, including extensive experience with county and school law. His diverse legal background also includes work in civil litigation defense at a boutique firm specializing in corporate, commercial, and employment law—giving him a well-rounded perspective that informs his current plaintiff-focused advocacy.
